To Exchange or Return
Please return merchandise within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Complete the information on the back of the packing slip enclosed with your order. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 30 business days from the date of order for check refunds. As a courtesy to our customers there are no shipping charges on exchange orders. Original and return shipping charges are not refundable. When your return has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation to address provided or on file. (We do not share email addresses.)

To Exchange or Return a Gift If you are returning a gift without the original packing slip, please include the purchaser’s name and address so that we may reference the original order information. Also include your name, address, and phone number/email address. The purchaser will not be notified of the return unless you request they receive a refund. Gift recipients can exchange for merchandise or a Gift Certificate.
